How Should Back Pain And Heaviness, Enlarged Cervix With Tenderness Be Treated?

female pt,28ys old suffering from back pain and heaviness by vaginal exam. cervix is greatly enlarged and tender on movement from side to side , she received medical advice in form of antibiotics , anti inflammatory and local anti fungal i want to take biopsy what are your opinions ?
