SIR I AM SUFFERING FROM BACKPAIN. I TOOK MRI. DR SAYS THAT I HAVE PROLAPSE IN L-4/L-5. THE PROLAPSED PORTION HAS LEFT THE PARENT DISC AND NEEDS REMOVAL / SURGERY. I WOULD BE GREATFUL IF U COULD GIVE ME ANY SUGGESTION FOR THIS
