How Should Bilateral Calf Muscle, Foot And Hands Pain Be Treated?

hello sir, i hv bilateral pain in calf muscle nd foot nd both hands.....this pain originated onces in a month..remains for 4-5 days nd den subsides by itself ...d pain is of severe intensity at d end of d day. truley, Amulya Singh M/22yrs YYYY@YYYY
