How Should Birth Control Pills Be Taken After Taking Plan B?

I have been taking June’s Fe for about a year now. I don’t always take it around the same time every day, but I do take it everyday. I’ve never missed a pill. This week, on my last day of active pills, I can’t remember if I took the pill or not. It was a short work week, and I got Thursday mixed up with Friday. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex Thursday night and Friday morning. He pulled out every time. Since we were unsure whether or not I took the pill, I took a Plan B Friday afternoon. I know the pack says to take the next pill as soon as you can, but I am currently in my inactive week, waiting for my period. I know the Plan B may delay my period. Should I skip the inactive pills and start my next pack of active pills, 5 days early, or should I wait until I’m supposed to take it Friday? I’m very confused and I don’t want to mess up my cycle too much. Thank you.

Hello dear. Thank you for using Healthcaremagic. I read your query and understand your concern. Take the pills as usual and don't skip any . It is not good not to take inactive pills. Wsit until you are supposed to. Best regards.
