How Should Birth Control Pills Be Taken While Travelling?

Hello! I am traveling to a different country and I am currently taking birth control. The place I am going to is 6 hrs ahead and I take my pill now at 9 pm but if I keep it the same time then I would be scheduled to take it at 3 am. When should I modify the time I take the pill? I am in the middle of the pack now and I leave in two weeks.

Hi,

As you reach the new time zone, just start the pack remaining medicines in your convenient timing. It is not mandatory to switch the time zone from now.

You can safely alter the dose timings for a day with a gap of certain hours without any effect on its protective coverage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
