How Should Breathing Difficulty, Intermittent Tingling Sensation In The Extremities And Leg Pain In The Left Shin Be Treated?

I have been having diffculty breathing, like one might with an anxiety attack or something. Also, on and off tingling in my hands and feet. Leg pain in left shin, a throbbing. I m not sure what on Earth this could be. It s been around for about 8 weeks. Any ideas?
