How Should Bulging Discs And Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Treated?

HI my name is Nathan. I have been having sever back pains in my upper back. I went and had a M.R.I done and they told me that I have 3 bulging discs, from T9 THREW T7 and signs of Rumatory Arthritis, and my doctor still give me any pain meds . what should i do
