How Should Candida Be Treated With The Medications Given By The Chemist?

Hello, I'm currently staying in India and have been to a chemist to purchase treatment for thrush/ candida. I was given 'clotrimazole vaginal gel' which contains 2 % clotrimazole. i was also given 'clingen fort clindamycin, clitrimazole and tinidazole' in 7 vaginal capsules. Which of these treatments should I use, or do in use both? There where a few translation problems so I'm not sure. Thank you
