How Should Cerebral Atrophy Causing Motor Function Problems Be Treated?

My mother is 57 years old. She suffering Celebral Atrophy since 4 years now. We have tried Alopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurvedic & physiotherphy (is still on) treatments to cure her but in vain.
Symphtoms are: She cannot walk on her own 2) She cannot speak properly. 3) Constant dizziness & Tremours.
Isnt there any treatment to it? Can it be cured? Please help......
