How Should Cervical Eversion With Infection Be Treated?

I have been diagnosed with infection and cervical eversion 6 years ago and the doctor did laser treatment.

Now I have 3 years old kid and the eversion is back. The only think that bothers me is that I have a little bleeding every time after sexual intercourse. My pap smear result is normal and there is no infection at the moment. I was advised by my doctor to do again treatment with electricity. Should I do that if the problem appeared again after treatment? Is there any other way of treatment except this?
