How Should Cervical Problems Radiating To The Arm And Finger Be Treated?

hi i have a cervical problem towards my left neck and it goes through my arm and in the index finger. The problem has been there for almost 6 years now and although i have consulted a lot of doctors but no resolution has been found. I am 29 and face a lot of problems while doing my day today work. Please help.
