How Should Cheek Spots Be Treated?

We have shifted 15 days back to bangalore from delhi. Since last 5 days my daughter 3 years old has got 2 white spots on her cheeks. How can we treat the same? Is it happening due to climate / water change? Afetr consultation we are applying Candid B on those spots.
