How Should Chronic Scaphoid Bone Pain Be Treated?

Hello, I broke my Scafoid bone in my right wrist eleven years ago. Over the years I've had physical therapy, hot wax treatments, steroid shots, and anything else the doctor has offered. The treatments only work for the moment. I take Naproxen 375mg pills for the pain, but it offers minor relieve. I have two wrist raps, one to sleep in and one that's flexible for daily use. What else can be done by doctors or by my self to ease the ongoing pain.
