How Should Coccyx Pain, Bleeding, Syncope, High BP And Hematuria Be Treated?

I fell down the stairs yesterday mainly hurting my coccyx Whilst at work last night I had a sharp pain down my right side .... Felt damp went Toilet and I was bleeding red fresh blood I felt faint went very pale and my bp was high I went to the emergency dept and no one was bothered about the bleeding my bp was 149/113 and that wasn't even acknowledged Urine sample they said full of blood They gave me diazepam and codydramol and I was sent home Bleeding now stopped but my abdomen feels bloated
