Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. May be you are suffering from depression due to substance abuse / alcohol abuse. Severe headache and insomnia justifies such an angle to your depression. As the case is related to drug abuse after effects, de-addiction treatment with therapy should be good. Please consult a de-addiction specialist.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
