Hi
Welcome to Health care magic.

I went through the history you have posted here. It seems from the history that your son has ear trauma while cleaning the ear with ear bud. The presence of discharge indicates infection and probable damage to the ear drum. This requires treatment by the use of antibiotic ear drops and anti-inflammatory drugs.
You need to consult your ENT doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
