Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think overweight is the cause of erectile dysfunction in your case.
Other medical cause can be rule out like: diabetes, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, prostate enlargement, excessive smoking and alcohol, low testosterone etc.
Do not worry and thought about problem as it cause depression and anxiety that itself cause erectile dysfunction. Consult the urologiat and get the necessary test like: CBC, semen analysis, urine test, PSA, Blood sugar, blood pressor check up, lipid profile.
Doctor give you following advice:
start regular exercise like walking and running daily in the morning for 45-60 minutes and after that medication, loose your weight, avoid fatty and salty food, take small frequent meal rather than large meal, use more salad and fresh fruits in diet, take more anti oxidant (almond and Tablet Co Q), tablet gonadil F
Involve more in fore play before sexual intercourse, try women on top position for sex, use condoms, start pelvic exercise, stop alcohol and smoking, be relax while doing sex, do it slowly.
If problem can not resloves from above advice , you can take sildenafil and paroxentine 30-40 minutes before sex after proper evaluation by specialist.
Take testosterone injection if testosterone is low.
Hope this may help you
bEST regards
Dr. Sagar
