How Should Erectile Dysfunction Only During Intercourse Be Treated?

Im a 21 year old perfectly normal male. my problem is that every time i am about to have sex i get really nervous and m unable to get an erection. Apart from this i do masturabte and its really normal but when it comes to intercourse i get nervous.. should i take some medcine like viagra or something else??

Your problem can be termed as "Performance Anxiety". You can do relaxation exercise, breathing techniques. Doing sexual intercourse in familiar comfortable environment when you are relaxed and not in hurry. Having understanding partner about your problem is also important. Antianxiety medications can be given if problem persists in spite of these measures, after consulting qualified psychiatrist.
