How Should Eye Heaviness, Pressure, Soreness And Deteriorating Eyesight Be Treated?

Dear Dr. Meyer, My name is Mohammad, and I am concerned with the condition of my eyesight. For the past couple of days, my left eye has felt heavier than my right eye and I constantly feel that there is pressure on my eye, so whenever I look side to side or up and down, it would feel slightly sore. Also I fear that my eyesight is deteriorating because whenever I look at a page and start to read the lines, I tend to lose focus halfway as if the words are jumping off the page at times and I end up going back and repeating the sentence I ve read. What would you advise me to do?
