How Should Eyelid Injury Causing Fracture, Bleeding And Residual Clotting Be Treated?

Hi I m kamila I have 2 year old girl she had an injury on her eyelid and had a very little fracture and had some blood loss. And I fitst aid with ice cubes. The following day the swelling being reduced but the blood clot remains. Pls advise me to do something about it. Thank you. Kamila
