How Should Fever, Chill, Urination Burning, Vaginal Redness And Lump Be Treated?

O .n Monday, I had a fever, chill, and it burned to urinate...I was diagnosed with a UTI at an Urgent care Tuesday. The fever came back wednesday and my uretha started to feel a littel better with meds but i noticed the rest of my vagina was red, and there was a little white bump so I went back Thursday and told them of such... By this time the back of my throat was also swollen and both ears hurt. The doctor who saw me just diagnosed it as a viral infection and probably a yeast infection from the antibiotics. so I bought some OTC meds for that. I came home again last night with a fever and today as well. Do you suggest I go back in for further testing? I definitely don't feel normal
