How Should Grade 2 Prostatomegaly Be Treated? Would PSA Antigen Be Necessary?
hi sir,my grand father of 67 years,underwent TURP for BPH 3 years ago,no urinary symptoms,but had increased apetite now,so advised usg scan by an physician,which now revealed grade 2 PROSTATOMEGALY,query is what should b done now?? do he need to undergo PSA antigen now??TURP biopsy was an heterogenous tissue with slight haemmorrhage in d tissue

How can this is possible when it is being resected the prostrate gland then again the scanning detecting enlarge prostrate, have word with your doctor does it partially removed ? or not removed ? (This opinion based on history given here which can be differed after actual clinical examination of patient) have nice day.
