hi sir,my grand father of 67 years,underwent TURP for BPH 3 years ago,no urinary symptoms,but had increased apetite now,so advised usg scan by an physician,which now revealed grade 2 PROSTATOMEGALY,query is what should b done now?? do he need to undergo PSA antigen now??TURP biopsy was an heterogenous tissue with slight haemmorrhage in d tissue
