How Should Hip Joint Abscess With Bone TB Be Treated?

my mother is suffering from old abses in her right hip joint due to which she is unable to walk since 3rd may 2010 and she also has tuberculosis of the bone, she is undergoing a treatment since then but there is no improvement she is still the same so can you please help us.
