How Should Hip Pains, Knee Swelling With Bruising, Muscle Spasms Be Treated?

Should I go to the ER or my doctor?? A few weeks ago I fell down a steep hill. Ever since I've been having hip pains and my right knee is swollen and sometimes gets bruised. Both of the tops of my kneecaps are in pain. I can't bend them for a long time. I've been having muscle spasms in my knees also. I tore ligaments in my left ankle months ago and that to has been bruising off and on. Sometimes I can't bend it. I get sharp pains in my right leg do to my knee.
