How Should Hypothyroidism, Irregular Menstrual Cycles With Knee Pains Be Further Treated?

hi i m alpa 23 yrs old doing physiotherapy n hving hypothyroidism wid tsh level 4.790 n also hving irregular menstural cycle.
medicines which i m undergoing are thyronorm 25mg n premarin.
but my knees pains a lot and also i m hving lymphocytes raised upto 49%.
The R.A factor was negative.
also i m hving acne esp. on back,cheecks n arms.
please suggest me accordingly as soon as possible.
would be eagerly waiting for youe response.

Hypothyroidism needs to be diagnosed correctly by doing the complete thyroid profile which includes TSH , Free T4 , free T3 ,reverse T3 , Thyroid antibodies and thyroid Ultrasound .Just doing only TSH is not enough.
T4-Thyronorm is not the active hormone .T3 is the active hormone.
T4 needs to convert to T3 which requires certain nutrients.
otherwise if you dont do the right tests and the right medication things are not going to improve .
You have not mentioned your weight , any hairloss , constipation etc
stop all dairy products go on a plant based diet .
