How Should Irregular Periods, Cramping And Unusual Bleeding Be Treated?

i hadn't had my period in two months, but then this morning i got really bad cramps. worse than usual. and the bleeding was very light but had an orange tint to it. i dont know why. i am 19, i have unprotected sex about twice a week with my husband. i have taken two pregnancy tests and both were negative. and my periods are never scheduled or normal but they never involve the color orange.
