How Should Irregular Periods With PCOS Be Treated?

i am 33 years old and i have pcos for the last 4-5 years.i used to take diane 35 , yasmin etc.last june i consulted ayurvedic doctor and taking medicines accordingly.in july 17 i got period naturally in aug 20th jusst spotting only.after that in sept no periods in october 11th i took meprate for 5 days daily 3 times.after that i didot get periods.today 22 oct after 5 days also i diidnt get peiods 2 days back i too pregnancy test it was negative. what shall i do .i wait for few more days or consult doctor immediately. i took an appointment to see doctor on tuesday 26th oct. i am worried pls advise me.thank you..
