How Should Knee, Ankle, Leg Pain With Coldness Be Treated?

I have fibrous dysplasia in my right hip. I have had surgery, had a rod, plate and screws put in my hip. Was recently diagnosed with Bursitis, am on idomethacin for 30 days, after having a cortisone shot that only lasted 3 days, still swollen and in pain. My issue now is from my knee to my ankle is constantly in pain, muscle pain and my leg in that area is constantly cold....
