How Should Leg, Back And Vaginal Area Pain With Bulging Be Treated?

i had lavh surgery on nov 14 2013 went to work jan 14 since on feb 11 i was working like crazy the next day my leg had very bad pain and my back lower back pain in my growing area pain in my lower viginal area so i seen this bulge in my vaginal area pain so bad i could not walk i told my doctor before i went to work that i was still having bad pain he said the stiches are gone you can go to work i said im in pain he walk out the room now i been out of work since feb 11 2014 help
