How Should Missed Periods, Tiredness, Breast Tenderness And Excessive Drowsiness Be Treated?

hi Docs, I am missing my period for the past 51 days now and done lots of test and all negative. I feel tired and sleepy often and both breast are so tender and hurts and I am thinking am about to go into menopause could you please tell me something lol thanks.

Menstrual irregularities in your case, could be due to hormonal imbalance. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits and lifestyle changes.
