How Should Neck Pain And Swelling With Dysphagia Be Treated?

I have recently started to experience upper neck (under my jaw on right side) pain. It is swollen, as if my lymph nodes were involved. I thought at first that it might be an abscessed tooth. However, I am continuing to grow a "double chine", the pain and swelling is increasing to the point it hurts to swallow. Also, the swelling is very obvious. Please don't tell me....go to a Dr. I have no insurance and very little money. I just want to know if this could be serious....
