How Should Pain, Sickness, Dizziness And Sickness During A Period Be Treated?

Hi, i have spoken to the hospital about being on my period, and i am suffering very bad from it with very bad pains, being sick, and not being able to move with out feeling dizzy and sick, they have given me tablets to help the pain but they havent worked what do you surjest for me to do??
