How Should Piles Swelling And Stool Pain Be Treated?
hello doctor, I m suffering from piles, have small size piles inside anal ,from few days there is infection in them nd 2 of them r swelled up to the size of wheat grain i feels pain while stole is passed, i m using GTN tube nd Ciproxin tabs, What would u suggest ? Thank u.

Well come to HCM
If this is pure pile then surgical excision would be the option, because treating conservatively to this condition some time does not cure the disease and chances of reoccurrence may be likely and for this reason surgery is must, in my opinion better to consult the surgeon, till then this can be managed with policresulen cream, and Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
