I was diagnosed with a small piece of plaque, described as an 8 in 1-100 scale, in my coronary artery (he used the term "widow maker"). Is it possible to eliminate this with diet, exercise, medicine, etc....How do I manage this plaque? Also, this is the only plaque found! No family history
Take a healthy diet. Less of fats, salt and lot of exercise. If you are having diabetes, hypertension etc., keep it under control.Yoga will be helpful.Best way to get rid of plaque is angioplasty.
