How Should Sachet Finish Be Taken?

I bought this herbal drugs last month one in the morning one at night till the sachet finish, the next month I took two in the morning two at night I stop when it finish, my question is, is it a continuos drugs or I should stop well the sachet finish because have not yet conceive
