How Should Sacroiliac Joint With Back Pain Be Treated?

dear sir im saravanan my age 30 last two years before back pain problem and i was consulting trichy maruthy hospital. There found my problem sacro iliac joint pain and i was taken 6 month medition after pain reduce and till date i dont have medicine but now my back side pain started what to doing that please help me
