hi my mri results say L4/5 DISC DEHYDRATION,AND THERE IS SLIGHT LOSS OF DISC HEIGHT.THERE IS AN ANNULAR FISSURE IN THE MIDLINE POSTERIORLY,WITH A SMALL CENTRAL DISC PROTRUSION THAT JUST INDENTS THE THECA, I AM TAKEING AMYTRIPTYLINE BUT WHEN MY BACK GOES ( THATS HOW I EXPLAIN IT) I CANT EVEN PUT MY UNDERWEAR ON MY BACK GOES INTO SPASM AND I JUST REST USE ICE PACKS UNTILL IT GOES , PLEASE TELL ME I HAVE NOT GOT TO LIVE LIKE THIS.
