Hi.

I had gone through your query.

Sudden tobacco cessation can lead to psychological and physical withdrawal symptoms.
Urge and withdrawal symptoms make you feel week and lead to take it again.Anti craving agent can help to reduce craving like bupropion and nortryptiline.

Initially for 2 weeks NRT(nicotine replacement therapy) instead of rajanigandha.

Bupropion 150 mg for 1 week then 150 mg twice in a day for 3 months.

Anxiolytic and nortyptiline if require.

regular follow up and motivational counseling for maintenance of abstinence.

Consult psychiatrist for better assistance.
Thank you.
