How Should Upper Thighs Indentations Be Treated?

I have two matching horizontal indentations on my upper thighs that just appeared probably a few weeks a ago. The indentations match where I lean over my desk in my cube at work, but shouldn’t these marks go away? What kind of doctor should I see? I have an appointment with a doctor of internal medicine.
