How Should Vaginal Area Smegma Be Treated?

Hi, I'm a female, and I don't know how long I've had it, but I get traces of smegma very commonly (every few hours) around the vaginal area, and it's making me very self concious. Is there anything I can do about this? As in a home remedy? Sincerely, Sophie.
