How Should Vaginal Discharges, Abdominal Pain With Uterus Infection Be Treated?

i m 24 yrs old married lady,have 1 kid of 2 yrs old.i had intercourse without condom coz it ws suitng me.bt nw i m comfortable wit it.i have a white discharge problem since 5-6 yrs,bt since 2 yrs it has incresed more than normal,had to wash off 5-6 times daily. i even sumtimes face mild pain at lower abdomin.had got treatment for this..they had given me a drug called CLINGEN which i hve 2 use a week in a month for 6 months.doctrs said i have a infectn in uterus.bt if i stop using the drug, for a month ,the problem cntiues gradually increasing,otherwise the drug cntrols the overflow.i m very much fed up with ths trouble.kidly solve my query....thanking you..
