How Should Vaginal Itching, Discharge And Painful Vulva Cuts Be Treated?

I started taking birth control about a month ago ("Belara", etinilestradiol/clormadinona). Since that time I've been experiencing some itching around my vagina. So far it's only been external, there has been no internal discomfort. I have a clear discharge, which I've always had, but more than I normally would. Also, this past week I've noticed that some "paper-cuts" around the vulva have appeared and they hurt. I also believe it might have to do with the weather, it's been hotter than normal (I live in Mexico) and I have to wear snug-fitting clothes to work. A combination of both? It'd be great if you could help.
