How Should Vaginal Itching, Urination Pain In Kidneys After Intercourse Be Treated?

hello, i am 21 yrs old.wt 85 kgs height 5'4. I recently had intercourse with my fiancee. We used a condom but it tore in the process. He did not ejaculate. BUt, still i took an i-pill. Now, since 2-3 days i am having a terrible itch inside my vagina. and when i urinate my kidneys hurt a lot. i do not know if this problem is due to the intercourse because a few weeks back i suffered from urine infection which was cured by the taking norflox 400. I also suffer from irregular periods. Pls help me as to what can be the reason for the itch and what can i do to cure the pain and itch. are their chances of pregnancy?
