How Should Vaginal Itching With Irritation Be Treated?

hi doctor I am 26 year old female i chew pan masala from past 1.6 years does it harmful to get pregnant??? there is too much iching in my vagina which irritates me some time. due to this problem i feel shy to go anywhere, sometimes it is out of control. please help me what should i do to get out from this problem.
