How Should Vaginal Lips Lumps With Soreness Be Treated?

hi, ive just discovered some sort of lump/spot in side my vagina lips. over the past few days i was thinking it was bladder infection as it was very sore to pee but discovering these this morning has made me abit worried and im thinking they might be right the way up my vagina. could you help me please, as im really worried?
