How Should Vaginal Lumps With Hardness And Pus Be Treated?

Im very embarrassed to even talk about this , I have pimple like bumps in my vigaina and stay hard hard to the touch and sometime will pop and the stuff is white bbut some what dry and sometime they end up turning in to boils but mostly they just stay there and cause no pain
