How Should Vaginal Pain And Bleeding During Intercourse Be Treated?

Hello. I have had Mirena for 9 months now. Starting about a month ago, I've been very tired and had horrible heartburn. 3 days ago, my husband and i had intercourse and had to stop because it hurt so bad. I have been bleeding heavily since. What could this be?
