How Should Vaginal Pain, Swelling, Soreness With Lip Lumps Be Treated?

I have an extremely painful vagina at the moment. Its very swollen and three lumps have occurred in the past two days on the inside of the lips and one is close to the opening and its larger than the rest. It is quiet sore to shower and wipe. please help
