How Should Worsening Wound From A Spider Bite Be Treated?

Hello, I have a spider bite and it seems to be getting worse and bigger and irritated. I have two types of cream.. one is triamcinolone acetonide and the other is clindamycin phosphate gel. One a type of steroid cream and the other an antibiotic cream. Can anyone tell me which one would be best to use on my bite please!?
