How Soon After Coming Off Contraceptive Pills Can One Try For Pregnancy?

Hi I have an adanoma on my pituitary gland, my prolactin levels are at 500 last time they were checked in March and not taking any medication at the moment I am just on a contraceptive pill to keep my periods regular which has worked for the last 2 years. I am just wondering if I am wanting to start trying for a baby early next year when should I be coming off the pill ? Thank you, Amy
